It combines teaching resources and traditional public universities with social funds, social resources to run schools in a proper way. It is decreasing the contradictions between people's increasing needs for higher quality education and a condition as a deficient supply of higher education. What's more, it is efficient ways to make higher education colorful come true.However, training students is a core object and a basic task in schools. The quality of training students is upon to the talent-training model. The university independent college is new. So no old experience can be used. In order to keep it long developing healthily, it is a must to explore a proper independent college talent-training model in the market-economy society.The dissertation focuses on the present dilemma that training independent college students is facing in China's higher education practice, the study of talent-training model and is intended to construct independent college talent-training model in China with the theoretical guidance. The dissertation is made up of five parts.Part one is Introduction. In this part, it is intended to elaborate on the necessity to establish independent college talent-training model, summarizes and analyzes the current training situation, and proposes the train of thought and content of the study, listing the main problems to solve and innovations.Part Two, the concept of independent college talent-training model is gradually defined from the three layers of mode, talent-training mode, and independent college talent-training mode. Part Three, it is about the theories of independent college talent-training, for instance, human resource theory and so on. These theories lead to the correct method of independent college talent-training mode.Part Four, it makes an analysis of the present situation from goals, systems, processes and appraisal and evaluations to offer a factual basis to the current independent college talent-training model.Part Five, it is about the substantial construction of independent college talent-training model from four perspectives, ranging from the training goals, systems, processes and appraisal and evaluations. |
