Study On Applicational Talent Taining Model Of Independent College International Economics And Trade In Guangxi

As a significant part of cultivating application-undergraduate talents, independent colleges have been groping their way constantly in past dozen years of reform and development, becoming their own talents training mode by combining their advantages and social needs. In recent years, international economics cooperation of Guangxi has been keeping a sound momentum of development, and has established a close and tight relationship with ASEAN countries, which stimulates the demand for international trade talents. Taking advantage of this opportunity, many universities of Guangxi have set up international economics and trade specialty, and pay more attention to cultivate talents in this field. In order to improve the talents training mode of international economics and trade specialty, solve the "dilemma" between the recruitment difficulties for foreign trade enterprises and employment difficulty for graduates who major in international economics and trade specialty, respond the local policy of independent colleges transformation and development in Guangxi, improve talents training mode of international economics and trade specialty, it is very urgent and necessary to cultivate a batch of talents majoring in international economics and trade specialty.The paper is dedicated to study the situation of independent college of Guangxi international economics and trade application talent-training model, then come up with corresponding improvement and majorization strategies. Firstly, to clarify the ideal professional talents-training target of international economics and trade and summarize the knowledge, ability and quality structure of requirements which students should obtain of international economics and trade. Through field investigation from professional training target, course system, teaching methods, evaluation mode, the segment of training practice to discuss the situation of independent college of Guangxi international economics and trade, and then to analyze the talent-training mode of international economics and trade major through a living example of Guangxi university for nationalities Xiangsi Lake college. Then excavate the problems of independent college of Guangxi international economics and trade application talent-training mode and and analysis the reason of the problems.,include curriculum setting, teaching method and the construction of teachers’ quality, the understanding of the practice teaching of financial investment and management, etc. Finally, we put forward the corresponding optimization strategies which aim at the reasons.It will provide practical reference to Guangxi independent colleges by studying their talents training modes of international economics and trade specialty, so that we can take visible measures to improve the modes based on the practical problems. Besides, the study benefits to improve and rich the theory system of independent colleges’development, which has instructive meanings. By researching this issue, we can draw some conclusions as follow. Firstly, the international economics and trade specialty in Guangxi independent colleges should execute a set of effective talents training mode by combining the situation of supply and demand of talents and the demand of Guangxi economy development, colleges’special natures and the development level. Secondly, it’s also important to reinforce in professional practice and ASEAN minority languages, deepen the integration of trade majors and minority languages majors, strengthen the ability of radiating ASEAN, broaden students’ international views, and breakthrough the regional lockout of employment in the future. Thirdly, it’s necessary to deepen the talents training mode of international economics and trade specialty, devote greater effort to practice teaching, blend practice teaching into traditional theory teaching, and master well the key link of the talents training mode of international economics and trade specialty. Fourthly, deepening the implementation of practice teaching, improving the mode of practice teaching, paying attention to introduction and cultivation to double-qualified teachers, also has profound significance to cultivate applied talents for independent colleges.
