Teacher is the core resources of the modern school. The teacher's work quality decides students'study even his or her future development in the certain degree. It also decides a school's education level and social reputation. Teacher evaluation aims at improving teacher's education quality, promoting teacher professional development. It has already been seriously valued by society, educational administration sections and school organization. But the teacher evaluation results are quietly related to the teacher's self-evaluation, title assessment and rewards etc. It is easy to cause the conflicts between teachers and school governors. If conflicts causing by teacher evaluation can't be solved immediately, it will influence the teacher's mood, teaching level, even obstruct the development of school organization and the building of harmonious school. Conflicts causing by teacher evaluation are perplexing school governors and teachers, thus, specialists in the theory and practice of education should pay more attention to research the reasons and management of conflicts.The writer uses questionnaire and interview methods to sort out of the conflicts in teacher evaluation and analyzes the reasons of conflicts, and the writer also gives the suggestions of resolving conflicts.The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is introduction of the thesis, mainly introduces the background, meaning, contents and methods of research. The second part summarizes the related theories of teacher evaluation and conflict management. The third part uses questionnaire to get the really status and reasons of conflicts. And at the last part, the writer gives the suggestions of solving conflicts based on the third part.The writer holds the ideas when solving conflicts in teacher evaluation. First, the governors should hold the right view of conflict management; improve his or her ability and skills of solving conflicts. Secondly, improve teacher evaluation contents and methods. The third method is to build teacher evaluation reassessment, strengthening communicating with teachers and building the conflict petition mechanism. At last, building up harmonious school culture, encourage the appropriate exist of conflict, adopting humanized means to alleviate teachers'work pressure, respecting the teachers'opinions and care the teacher in the mean time.
