| Education is an activity of cultivating human beings. With the development of modern democratization process in depth, the problem of education equality has become a hot social topic. The equality of classroom teaching is the micro level of education equality, it affects the quality of education to a great extent, so the equality of classroom teaching research has very theoretical and practical significance.This study is based on authentic classroom scene, using practical methods to study the present situation of classroom teaching equality in middle school, analyzing and thinking the present situation.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction, including research background,research purpose, significance, ideas and methods, abstract. This part clearly defines the concept of the equality of classroom teaching: In the classroom teaching environment, the teacher gives all students equal educational rights and educational opportunities, using the harmonious teaching interaction,giving students different teaching content, imposing a diversified teaching evaluation, making each student received compatible content, ultimately to promote all the students; Abstract summarized the related research of scholars in domestic and abroad, the theory of multiple intelligence,inclusive education theory, John Rawls’ s theory of justice are the theoretical support.The second part is the present situation investigation of equality of classroom teaching, with classroom observation and interviews with teachers and students and the analysis of results as the basis, from theequality of opportunity, harmonious interaction, stratified teaching, multi evaluation four large dimensions to analysis the equality of classroom teaching.The third part is factor analysis of restriction in development of the equality of classroom teaching. This part reveals the reasons affecting the equality of classroom teaching includes: firstly, social factors. Above on the influence of the society by schools and teachers pay too much attention to the enrollment rate; the parents do not have correct education concepts which effects of the quality of education. Secondly, the school factor.Class size effect on the attention of the teacher to all students; teacher evaluation system is not perfect, which makes the teacher pay too much attention to student achievement, appeared the tendency of utilitarianism.Thirdly, the teacher’s factor. Teachers’ teaching ability is insufficient, it is difficult to control the classroom; Lacking of teacher’s moral cultivation caused the disharmonious relationship; teacher of low expectations of underachievers, resulting in an unfair phenomenon in classroom teaching.The fourth part is the strategies to promote the fairness of classroom teaching. Specific include: firstly, the school should construct a scientific evaluation system of teachers to form the evaluation to help teachers improving their teaching, improve the quality of education;secondly, the teacher should improve the comprehensive quality and seek professional development to improve their moral quality. thirdly,optimizing the teaching organization form, arrangement the seat reasonably; fourthly, the implementation of hierarchical teaching on students, use variable teaching objectives and teaching methods to promote all students; fifthly,implement the classroom evaluation diversification, using variable evaluation criteria and evaluation methods to promote all the students. |
