As mankind enters the 21st century, the world ushered in the rapid development of science and technology in a new situation. The rapid development of information technology, exponentially expanding scientific knowledge, scientific knowledge of the infinite and the human limited knowledge between a sharp contradiction. How humans can efficiently acquire knowledge and use knowledge through solutions to complex problems and to better adapt to the social environment has become an urgent need to address the major issues.Countries around the world in recent years the focus of education reform is to improve the quality of student learning, "Church students learn how to learn" has become a slogan of the educational characteristics of the times. How to acquire knowledge and efficient, flexible solution to the issue and train high-quality personnel, facing mathematics education is the most important issue. Over the years, China has made great headway mathematics education reform achievements, but the actual teaching of many of the problems still exist, such as the emphasis on the teaching of neglect awareness of the capabilities and applications training that teachers and less concerned about students, etc. etc..Function is secondary school students in the most basic and important concepts of the function concept and the way of thinking it is the main line of secondary school mathematics teaching one. Knowledge is the function of the students learning in the real world specific quantitative understanding of the relationship between abstract understanding of the relationship between the amount of a leap in thinking ability of students in the development of important significance.
