In this research, married couples and unmarried lovers are selected randomly to test by using the Self Consistency and Congruence Scale, the Interpersonal Trust Scale and the Enrich Marital Inventory. SPSS software is used to investigate and analysis major influence factors on self consistency and congruence, interpersonal trust and marital quality of married couples, and finds out the relation among them by using correlation analysis and regression analysis. Meanwhile, difference on self consistency and congruence, interpersonal trust and marital quality is analyzed between married couples and unmarried lovers.The conclusions from this research are as follows:1,There is no gender difference on self consistency and congruence of participants, while extraordinarily significant difference exists among self rigidness of participants with different ages and different educational levels. Interpersonal trust degree of participants is at the medium level without gender and age difference. Whether the participant is shanghailander or not has extremely significant difference on the faithfulness. And there is extraordinarily significant difference on interpersonal trust among participants with child of different age.2,There is extremely significant difference on marital quality between male and female. Whether having a child and age of the child are important factors which influence marriage quality.3,Marriage quality among groups with high and low scores of self consistency and congruence shows significant difference. Correlation research finds significantly negative relation among self-experience inconsistency, rigidness and marriage quality, which also appears between faithfulness and part of marriage quality. Regression analysis discovers self-experience inconsistency is an effective variable which predicts the marriage quality.4,There is significant difference on rigidness and dependence between married couple and unmarried lovers, which is reflected in five sub-scales in the Enrich Marital Inventory.
