On the basis of a systematic analysis of the research on the relations of the physical exercise and self consistency and congruence made by predecessors, this study makes four assumptions about physical exercise and self consistency and congruence, This paper makes a systematic research on physical exercise and self consistency and congruence of general college students in Fujian province by using documentary, the survey, expert interviews and mathematical statistics, etc.Through surveying the basic information on the 1259 general college students physical activity questionnaire, Sports grading scale, self consistency and congruence scale, mainly on the study analyzes the relationships of college students' physical exercise and the related elements on physical exercise with self consistency and congruence by the Sample T Test, variance and correlation methods from the point of single-factor and Multi-factor .The results of the study shows that:(1) The self consistency and congruence level of college students isn't balanced. However, the overall level of consistency and congruence of the college students tends to be harmonious. Compared with the standard model of the past students, the self consistency and congruence level of students has a decline. Be aware that self consistency and congruence degree that who being conscious of taking part in physical exercise overtops the college students who did not.(2) The major has not affected the college students in self consistency and congruence and the participation in the body exercise.(3) With the increase of physical training, the impact of self consistency and congruence and the three -latitude increases gradually .The greater the physical training of students, the higher the degree of self consistency and congruence and the level of self-flexibility is higher, and the disharmony of oneself and experience is lower.(4) With the increase of physical training, the impact of oneself and self consistency and congruence increases gradually , but the disharmony of oneself and experience lower; self-stereotype and self-flexibility are affected by the time they do exercise. Only the duration of training to achieve the medium-term workout time is 8 to 12 weeks, the stereotype of self-will and the flexibility of self-latitude have a greater influence, the more the duration of the exercise more than 8-12 weeks the self-stereotype is lower ,but the self-flexibility is higher.(5) With the increase of exercise the duration of physical training impact the self consistency and congruence gradually deepen in students. And the self consistency and congruence typed " v " curve, both in small and medium exercise with the exercise duration grows. Along with duration of exercise grows, the degree of self consistency and congruence grows gradually, With the duration of the large amount of physical exertion increases.
