Self-consistency and congruence theory has been proved in human behavior plays a core roles, it affects thinking, emotion, people’s motivation and behavior. The adaptability of learning is the learners to overcome difficulties and keep consistent with learning environment in the process of learning, to achieve good learning psychological disposition efficiency. The present study shows that, quite a few college students learning adaptability problems, how to improve the level of learning adaptability of this part of students, is the current urgent need to solve the problems in University education. Special satisfaction refers to special education students as consumers, will feel in a psychological special learning harvest and expectations after comparison. Special satisfaction directly determines the level of students’ learning attitude, learning behavior and learning achievement. Many from experiment,interdisciplinary and comparative results show, play an important role in students’ self consistency and congruence on the students’ learning motivation, special satisfaction.Therefore, we believe that the special selection of track and field there is close relationship between students’ self harmony and learning adaptability, special satisfaction.Based on the self-harmony, learning the concept of adaptability and special satisfaction measurement methods and athletics Elective Students self-harmony,adaptability and learning situation specific comments on satisfaction to 160 college students as subjects, Use of self consistency and congruence and revised questionnaire learning adaptability and special satisfaction questionnaire for research tools,investigation and analysis of the Track and Field Elective Students self-harmony,learning adaptability and special satisfaction and self consistency and congruence and learning adaptability, special full-scale degrees relationships.The results obtained are as follows: 1. Overall, the stage of self consistency and congruence Elective Students Athletics substantially normal circumstances, most students are more harmonious self, self is very harmonious and very discordant minority students. 2, different genders, different students, different grades, different professions and different schools athletics Elective Students self harmonious overall there was no significant difference. 3, the overall look of students majoring in track and field is at the middle level of learning adaptability.4, the overall level of studentsmajoring in track and field special satisfaction in the "general satisfaction" and "satisfaction".5,correlation analysis and regression analysis showed that self-incompatibility, special satisfaction and learning adaptability were significantly correlated. Among them, the special satisfaction and adaptability of learning there was a significant positive correlation with self-learning adaptive disharmony there is a significant negative correlation. Self discord there is a significant negative correlation with special satisfaction. Self disharmony with special satisfaction as an argument for learning adaptability to do regression analysis found that both learning adaptive predictive power is very significant.
