Education is a cause to train people, teachers are an important force in school education, the success or failure of teacher education determines that of education itself. Therefore, Teachers education reform has been the focus of education reform. Today, our country is devoting to building a harmonious society, In the new era, how can teachers be harmonious development has become a new proposition of teacher education and research.Under the perspective of human capital, teacher education is only a training way that looks teachers as a productive resource. Teacher, in essence, is only a tool, not being recognized as people that have the value of his own. In the vision of social capital, the model means that teacher education reform, essentially teachers will return to the development of social status.This study, from a teacher management angle of view - the point of evaluation -Analyzing, In the background of building a harmonious society and harmonious campus, facing how to promote the evaluation of teacher development reasonably. I put forward an evaluating principle that evaluation should be propitious to cooperation and mutual trust,On one side, Taking schools as a social organizations, on the other hand, as an organization team to be analyzed, I give the evaluating indicator based on the team cooperation cultural and provide a number of recommendations to teachers and school administrators in practice, the purpose of which is to make teachers gather more social capital, so as to promote growth of professionalism and raise the level of professionalism.This paper as a total consisting of five chapters, they are as follows:Chapter I, "Introduction" Expound on the value of research papers, the main ideas and research methods;Chapter II, studying the value of the social capital to professional development of teachers and how to invest teachers' social capital, theoretically laid the foundation for the next step;Chapter III analysis the current management of teachers, teacher evaluation of the existing problems and proposed evaluation principles of teacher professional development based on the vision of social capital;In the fourth chapter are on how to conduct evaluations in the school under the guidance of the principle mentioned above, based on the evaluation principles I give the evaluation indicator, the evaluation method of teaching and practice strategy of evaluation;Chapter V is about the basic conclusion of thesis research and its enlightenment to reality.
