Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the Knowledge Economy Society and the advancement of the educational reform process,the professional development of teachers has become the key to the educational reform,especially the basic education reform.In order to train qualified teachers and promote the professional development of teachers,the traditional isolated professional development of teachers has been unable to meet the rapid development of society and education.Based on the theory of social capital,this paper studies the problem of teacher professional cooperation in the field of school.In schools,teachers need to establish professional cooperation development mechanism,promote knowledge sharing among teachers,and cultivate the culture atmosphere of professional cooperation.This study chooses the professional cooperation of middle school teachers as the main content of the study,focusing on the observation method and the interview survey method,taking all the teaching staff of a middle school as the research object,hoping that through the collection of data and the empirical analysis,in-depth analysis of the main factors affecting the professional cooperation of secondary school teachers a,put forward feasible suggestions for the professional cooperation of secondary school teachers,in order to promote the professional development and cooperation of teachers,improve the professional quality of teachers and the quality of education and teaching their own modest strength.According to the three dimensions of social capital,this study divides the research perspective of teacher professional cooperation into teacher professional cooperation opportunity,willingness and ability,and makes interview outline according to these three dimensions.An investigation was made on the status quo of teachers’ professional cooperation in a middle school by means of interviews.Through interviews with school administrators and front-line teachers,we have a general understanding of the main forms and professional cooperation status of a middle school teachers.The results show that the common professional cooperation among teachers in a middle school mainly includes master-apprentice system,collective lesson preparation and joint film teaching and research.Through the interview with the teachers of a middle school,we find that there are some problems in the professional cooperation of the teachers of a middle school as follows:In thestructural dimension of social capital,because of the limitation of time and space,the interactive intensity among the teachers is small,and the interpersonal relationship is loose;In the dimension of social capital,teachers’ professional cooperation lacks reciprocity and mutual benefit,and the system itself has defects.In the dimension of social capital,teachers’ group lacks common language of knowledge sharing,and teachers’ individualism is serious.Through finding out the existing problems,this paper analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to promote the professional cooperation of teachers in a Middle School:The idea of the administrators is lagging,the opportunity of the professional cooperation of teachers is insufficient,and there is a lack of trust among teachers The management system of promoting teachers.professional cooperation is not perfect,the goals of teachers,group are not consistent,and the individual goals are separated from the group goals.Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of the professional cooperation among teachers in a middle school,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the promotion and development of the professional cooperation among teachers in a middle school from four aspects Specific as follows:The concept-to give full play to the role of principals,the establishment of a common vision;to strengthen the sense of win-win cooperation of teachers,correctly handle cooperation and competition.The system aspect-consummates the teacher appraisal system,integrates the cooperation the appraisal;the clear reward and punishment system,the cooperation and the performance link.Management level-to create a scientific school management system;to create a culture of professional cooperation among teachers;to promote the growth of informal norms into a culture of professional cooperation among teachers.The technical aspect-strengthens the training instruction,strengthens the Cooperation Willingness Between the teacher;enriches the teacher specialized cooperation form.
