The form, matter, flow and estimation of the DTRA were examined relying on the methods of non-intervened observation and questionnaire, so that actual situations were realized besides the well understanding of the whole. Then, based on the analysis for the actuality of the DTRA, the theories of professional development for teachers were combined with the practice of the A-Zone DTRA. Moreover, cooperating with the members of teaching and research groups, the strategies for promoting the effect of DTRA were discussed practically and some methods for studying the process of DTRA were formed. In addition, according to different teaching and research goal, DTRA can be classified into three types: general management, extension improvement, and intercommunion sharing. At the end of research, the meaning of effective teaching and research was considered practically. Several proposals were proposed for DTRA, which were based on the establishment of the goal of it and the selection of its form, preparations and communications, records and classification for it. Moreover, the directions for further study were pointed out.
