In the background of teacher specialization, China has raised more and more detailed demands on teachers. From the perspective of concept and ethics, teaching knowledge, skills and abilities, it has explicitly set up 63 requirements in 14 fields of the teacher specialization. Based on the teaching and learning development, the traditional district(county) teaching and research activities focus on the curriculum reform, teaching material analysis and teaching problems researches. Teachers from the same grade are often organized together so that they can learn from each other. However, this kind of teaching and research activities, which ignores the different development levels of the teachers, will certainly bring about different evaluations from the teachers, although they attend a same activity.As a main way to promote Chinese teachers' teaching skills and abilities, teaching and research activities should meet the demands that China sets for the teacher specialization. Also, in order to have the teachers gain greater effects, teachers' need should also be satisfied. In this study, teaching and research activities on middle school Chinese teaching(Huadu district) is taken as an example. By reading literature researches, doing observation, interviewing, making questionnaire surveys and making action researches, this study summarizes the existing advantages and disadvantages of the teaching and research activities on middle school Chinese teaching in Huadu, and in order to build up a perfect environment for teaching and research activities and promote the effects. It has given out three more good ways in soliving the probiems on Middle school chinese teaching. They're optimizing adminstration dominant system by doing demand survey; enriching the teaching and research activities in grades according to different levels; adding credits rules to the teaching and research activities by various education systems.
