Since the 1990s,the study of job burnout has been very popular in the world.Burnout is a negative response to stressors on the job,and is defined by three compositions: emotional exhaustion,depersonality,reduced personal accomplishment.A lot of domestic and international research information shows that teachers are the high flectious crowd of professional burnout.If teachers' burnout can not be controlled effectively,not only the students courses are endangered,but also the teacher's troops construction can be affected and the educational quality of school is restricted.This thesis aims to regard the middle school teachers as an example in Taizhou city,Zhejiang province,to find out the actuality and developmental characteristics of job burnout of middle school teachers, and to explore the influences of social factor, organizational factor,occupational factor and personal factor on teachers'job burnout. In order to supply a certain information about job burnout to the teaching authorities and governors and also advance some suggestions for teachers on how to prevent and relief job bornout.The full text altogether can be divided into five parts:The first part for question proposing and documentary summary,elaborates the question research significance,and then describes research history and basic theory, formal expressions and influences, reason and countermeasure about job bumout,and carries on the analysis on the domestic and foreign teachers'job burnout research condition.The second part designs and studies the process for the research,elaborated the research object choice method,investigation and study questionnaire repair arranges and concrete executes measures the procedure.The third part is mathematical statisticand data analysis.The test result software carries on statistical processing with SPSS12.0 for the windows.The fourth part is the result analysis and the discussion. We find that factors such as demographic variables, job stress, organizational justice, teaching efficacy, social support have prominent influence on the teacher's job burnout.The fifth part is countermeasure and the suggestion. On the basis of the above conclusion,the present research puts forward, some suggestions that lighten the teachers' job burnout and improve the teachers' satisfy to eliminate the teachers' job burnout.
