In recent years, as the research content about job burnout is gradually deepened and research range is broadened, the teacher as an occupation where the highest job burnout occured is increasingly a concern of society. Looking from the relevant research, this paper finds that most studies are mainly about the occupation of the teacher as a whole, while the study about certain region or certain subject of the teacher is rare. Base on this reason, this paper researches the current job situation about some biological teachers in Laiwu City’s middle schools.Through research, this paper finds that sense of job burnout is generally universal in biological teachers of Laiwu City’s middle schools. That is, emotional exhausion and lowness of self fulfillment show mild sense of job burnout while deindividuation has no sense of it. Based on the difference analysis of the several aspects about teachers’ gender, teaching ages, whether as a teacher in charge of a class, the number of teaching class, teaching grade, the location of school,whether the school is a key one or not, teachers’ salaries, this paper found that teachers’ s gender,teaching grade, the location of school and whether the school is a key one or not have obvious influences on overall job burnout of biological teachers in Laiwu City’s middle schools while other aspects do not. Analyzing from individual dimension, this paper shows that these four aspects—teachers’ gender, the location of school, whether the school is a key one or not and whether as a teacher in charge of a class have obviously affected emotional exhaustion, teachers’ ages have had an effect on deindividuation obviously, and the property of the teaching school,the location of school, teachers’ ages, teachers’ salaries, the teaching grade have a great impact on self fulfillment. According to the analysis and the interviews with individual biological teacher, the reasons that result in teachers’ job burnout are concluded from several aspects. As for the society, social expectations of teachers are too high and social status is low. In terms of the school, teacher evaluation system is imperfect, teachers’ structure is unbalanced and teaching environments are different. For the teachers themselves, teaching enthusiasm is not high, burden of family life is heavy and individual characters show flaws. For these reasons, measures are put forward correspongdingly. Society should increase biological teachers’ salaries and improve their social status. School should optimize teachers’ struture, perfect modern teaching equipments,expand teachers’ extracurricular activities and support their in-sevice training. And at the same time teachers themselves should learn to adjust themselves in psychology, reflect their teaching regularly, deal well with the relationship between family and work.This thesis consists of four chapters:Chapter one, According to sampling survey of biological teachers in middle school ofLaiwu, the basic situation of biological teachers can be known by analysis of the recovery data.The situation of job burnout in three dimensions is generally analysed, which is about biological teachers in middle school of Laiwu.Chapter two, Based on the difference analysis of the several aspects about teachers’ gender,the type of school, the school property,teaching ages,teachers’ salaries, the teaching grade, the location of school,whether as a teacher in charge of a class, the paper finds the different situation of job burnout in three dimensions.Chapter three, According to the analysis of above two parts, as well as the feedback of questionnaire and interviewing some representative teachers, this research generalises the reasons resulting in the job burnout from the aspect of society, school and individual, and then put forward the corresponding measures to alleviate job burnout.Chapter four, It makes a conclusion of the paper and summarizes the innovation of this thesis.It also comes up with the prospects for further research results。...
