As the rapid development of education reformation, job burnout becomes one of the most important reasons which restrict the development of education and lower the level of teachers’ physical and psychological health. Teachers’ job burnoutmeans a syndrome of emotion exhaustion, depersonalization and diminished pers onal accomplishment of teachers, whose service object is student, in the professional a rea of teaching. On the basis of the exist theories in and abroad on teachers’ job burno ut, combine questionnaire and interviewing method, this paper makes analysis on the current situation, reason and countermeasure of job burnout of teachers of corps in XP CC who participated in the continuing education in Shihezi University in the summer vacation in 2015. The main conclusions are as follows:First, through the study, it is found that the general situation of job burnout of the teachers in the corps of XPCC is not very serious. Teachers’ job burnout has certain r elevance with teacher’s background factor and its professionalism.Second, the reasons for teachers’ job burnout at present is diversified. They are m ainly as follows: social factors: the role of teacher lacks of cultural identity, teachers’ l egitimate rights and interests are not well protected; Organizational factors: unreasona ble teacher evaluation management, poor organization atmosphere; Occupational fact ors: heavy burden of works, conflict and ambiguity of teacher’s role; Teachers person al factors and the factors from students and their parents.Third, based on the result of the study, the author offered the following counterm easure and suggestions from four aspects of society, school, teachers themselves and p arents of students: Social countermeasure: to improve the social and economic status of teachers, cultivate reasonable expectations of the career of teacher; School counter measure: to implement democratic management, promote teacher’s activity, attach im portance to cultural construction of school, enhance teachers’ sense of belonging; Cou ntermeasure for the teachers themselves: to do more physical exercises, strengthen tea cher’s own humanities accomplishment, appropriately give vent to emotion, make corr ect understanding of job burnout, build up reasonable expectations of the career of tea cher, well understand the position of teacher; Countermeasure from the aspect of pare nts of students: to understand teachers, keep positive attitude, try to make friends and align with teachers, make an appointment before meeting teachers, carry out their own obligations as parents of students. Hope these countermeasures will help the teachers of corps to prevent job burnout and improve their level of physical and mental health.
