As a very professional vocation which can help people,teacher is a group of high burnout risk.The urgent need of talent development for teachers put forward higher requirements,teachers are facing increasing pressure,also increases the possibility of burnout.politics teacher in Junior middle school's cultivation is developing adolescents.Due to the particularity of the professional,job burnout will have destructive effects,their career burnout situation must be concerned.After the reliability and validity of the localization of Mahler's poems of teacher burnout inventory table detection in the junior middle school political teachers' job burnout as the best tool.Secondly with self-made non structural interview outline of junior middle school politics teachers and relevant personnel to carry out the job interview.Again through into the political teachers in Junior high school classroom participant observation to collect data.According to different characteristics of the data obtained for data statistics and content analysis.The must comply with the informed consent,confidentiality and respect,research ethics for the benefit of the respondents,and to take measures to control the quality of.The results show that the Xingyang city junior high school politics teachers' emotional exhaustion dimension score is 2.63,to personality dimension score was 2.14 and low sense of achievement dimension score is 2.33,dimensions of knowledge exhaustion score is.The group has appeared mild burnout,although it is not very serious,but it has universality.And in the four dimensions of job burnout vary,burnout is not consistent.The study found that other influence factors of occupational burnout of teachers of politics of junior high school include the following aspects.One is the social aspect,social expectations high,low occupational status;value multiplication;fast speed of knowledge updating.The second is organized,as follows: backward evaluation system;working environment difference;multiple role burden.The third is subject,heavy task;teaching effectiveness implicit;subject prejudice.The fourth is individual,as follows: high level of self fulfilling;role conflict seriously.Analysis shows that the different demographic variables of politics teachers,occupational burnout in each dimension of the inconsistent.In the dimension of emotional exhaustion,"the location of the school" 0.037<P and "marriage"(0.008<P effects of these two factors are more significant,in to the personality dimension,"average class size" 0.016<P and "marriage"(0.024<P effects of these two factors are more significant,in low dimension on the sense of achievement,"the location of the school" 0.028<P "degree" 0.029<P titles 0.049<P and "weekly hours amount(0.(038<P)"income"(0.031<P)the impact of these five factors is more significant,in the knowledge depletion dimension,"school location"(0.014<P)and the "average number of each class"(0.001<P)these two factors have a significant impact.In view of the problems existing in the junior middle school politics teacher in empirical study on job burnout and need to take intervention measures must be avoided.The first is social level: establish a reasonable social expectations;to provide the necessary social support;improve teachers' social,economic status.The second is the organizational level: the construction of the harmonious campus environment;establish a people-oriented management system,to construct a perfect appraisal system;focus on the status of the political discipline,reduce the burden of teachers,enhance the professional quality of teachers;strengthen home school communication.The third is its level: adjustment of expectations;adapt to the role of adaptation,balance between work and life.
