It seems that the monopoly would much more interrupt the forming of the competition market under the circumstance of globalization and the market-oriented of the football business. In order to adapt to the trends, the Chinese government published the "Chinese Antimonopoly Law" in 2007. The appearance of the law would bring a shock to the current monopoly conditions of the Chinese Football Association Super League (CSL). According to this, the author will find the reason of forming such monopoly market by analyzing the weakness brought by the limited competition in CSL and then, raise the "Three-Line Improvement" advice to solve the problems.In the first chapter, the author finds that the research blank of the CSL based on the overall consideration of the home and foreign literatures. This paper aims to make up such blank standing on the shoulder of those literatures and then primarily discusses about the theory and experience of antimonopoly. Firstly, the author finds that it should set up a long-standing developing policy for meeting the needs of Chinese football market, cooperating with the related benefits among participants and motivating the players by studying the theorys of organization .Secondly, according to the understanding on the power structure of organization, the author finds that too many restrictions and interruptions coming from the government side with the Chinese Football Association as the representor. Finally, the author according to the analysis of the Chinese football industry structure finds that the CSL fails to take advantage of natural monopoly to begin the effective competition which causes the un-satisfaction marketing consequence.In the third chapter, it will explain the process of antimonopoly in CSL. According to the analysis of the related regulation of CSL and the remission regulation for antimonopoly, the author concludes that the innovation of CSL must encourage the development of effective competition with the concept of protecting the public benefits, increasing the commercial operation efficiency and protecting the market competition by stopping the monopoly activities. It also needs the remission regulation for antimonopoly on the respects of labor contract, television transformation, tickets pricing and market entry commitment. Firstly, it has to change the CSL's market structure via the introduction of competition policy and establishing the competition circumstance. Secondly, it has to change the CSL's properties rights by introducing the non-public capital and allowing the participating of the private assets. Finally, it has to improve the monitoring system by releasing the management power and re-building the management aspect.In the conclusion section, it is going to summary the dangerous of monopoly and briefly explaining the process of antimonopoly.
