As one of the most robust professional sports system, professional footballleague promotes a system for continuous improvement of professional sports and itsresource optimization, but as the commercialization of sports, there are somemonopolistic behaviors in the professional football league, the serious consequencesof these acts restrict the development of the professional football league. Europe andother countries and regions have already accumulated the experience of monopolisticbehavior regulation in certain professional football league. For China’s laterdevelopment in professional football league, the legal research on professionalfootball league field is relatively weak and mostly concentrated in the field of sportsarbitration. Coupled with China’s anti-monopoly law has not quite sound, thelegislation and law enforcement surviving many perfect, the anti-monopoly regulationof China’s professional football league is in a more backward than in Europe andAmerica. This paper will give an outline of the monopolistic behavior in China’sprofessional football league, the causes of monopolistic behavior,and the legalregulation of these behavior though comparative method, documentary research, andExample analysis methods.First, the article describes the overview of the development of the professionalfootball league, the monopolistic behavior in the professional football league and thecauses of monopolistic behavior to lay groundwork for the following text. Secondly, the legal regulation of monopolistic behavior in the professionalfootball league in Europe. Since China’s occupation Football League is almost entirelya transplantation of the Britishprofessional football league, while the Britishprofessional football league is the basis of the entire European profession footballleague’s, and therefore, the European Professional Football League’s anti-monopolyregulation system has good use for referenceAgain, the analysis of monopolistic behavior in China’s professional footballleague. Monopolistic behavior in the professional football league in China is mainlycaused by the abuse of administrative power by the Chinese Football Association.Serious monopoly brought great harm to China’s professional football league, players,teams, fans and the entire Chinese football market.Finally, summarize the content above, put forward suggestions and ideas of thelegal regulation for monopolistic behavior in China’s professional football league.
