At present, the ever-changing social and technological progress completely broke the dream of the traditional education, also, living environment issues of science and technology has broken the people's fantasies of worship. Humane Society calls for the spirit of the democratization of education, personalized voice is growing. However, for a long time the education reform to change the mode of teaching is not satisfied. The main source is that the students did not become the focus. The change of the traditional teaching model, make it realized that the collective teaching can also practice collective "yincaishijiao" and a personalized classroom teaching became the focus of concern. On the enlightenment of the existing personalized teaching, this paper attempts to provide support to choose teaching strategies, for personalized teaching classroom teaching to.The existing personalized learning support system is at a low level on the provision of the personal teaching strategies, in accordance with its own default teaching sequences to organize educational activities, it can not provide teachers editing capabilities, deny the initiative of the first-line teachers, and Classroom teaching has lost its dazzling advantage. In order to bring into play the go-aheadism of the frontline teachers, the author committed to design "the Tool to choose personalized teaching strategies", to provide support for the strategies editing.In this paper, from the related concepts and theory of the personalized learning at home and abroad, the author committed project of the tools, including using, adding and editing teaching Strategy. In the system's development process, the author adopted the three-tier architecture, which are data layers, service layer and performance layer. ASP.NET as the main language used to develop and adopt the SQL Server2000 database as a background database management system that uses metadata as describing the key elements of teaching and learning activities.
