According to the notice of Shanghai education committee on carrying out the pilot work of university public physical education curriculum reform(Shanghai education commission [2016] no.13),based on the application of colleges and universities,and evaluated by Shanghai education commission,10 colleges and universities have been identified as the pilot schools of "university physical education personalized" curriculum reform in Shanghai.At the same time,6 colleges and universities have been selected as pilot schools for the reform of "individualized college sports" curriculum.The thoughts of the reform of the college sports personality and documents issued in recent years the state of school sports reform spirit is consistent,enhance their skills and cultivate interest promote each other,that is to follow the law of education and sports,pay attention to their aptitude,guide students happy with interest to participate in,and attaches great importance to the sports skill training,step by step to improve students' level of motor skills,develop its special interest in sport and exercise habits for life.This article mainly uses the literature material method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics and other research methods,on the reform of college sports personalized teaching present situation as the research object,with the first batch of 16 personalized teaching reform pilot run pilot schools and cultivate the school physical education teachers and students as the key object of study the following conclusions:1.The reform of individualized teaching of college sports has achieved remarkable results.Since the reform of personalized teaching of university sports,major pilot schools and pilot training schools have carried out different levels of reform according to the specific conditions of their respective schools.Some of the pilot universities have begun to experiment with sports club courses.After the implementation of college sports individualized teaching reform in most pilot universities,students' interest in sports has generally improved,and their physical quality has also improved greatly.Among them,endurance quality is the most significant.The teaching ability and special skills of the teachers have also been improved,and the campus sports culture atmosphere is even more intense.2.There is still a shortage of individualized teaching reforms in college sports.From the management system at the management level,the imperfect incentive mechanism,the low participation of teachers in individualized teaching reform,the imperfect teaching plan in operation,the difficulty in implementing tiered teaching,and the small number of teachers,all aspects of individualized teaching reform are still explained.Imperfect,still need further optimization.3.The problem of the venue facilities resources of the school has yet to be resolved.At present,most of the pilot schools and the venue facilities of the pilot training schools have certain conditions for the individualized teaching of university sports,but there are still some shortcomings compared to the full implementation of personalized teaching of university sports.Due to the weather,the outdoor venues were not used,and some pilot schools tried the sports club courses.The new sports introduced had certain requirements for the venues and floors.4.Physical education syllabus and teaching plan can not meet the "individualized" teaching needs.At this stage,most of the pilot universities in Shanghai still use the previous syllabus and teaching plan.This syllabus and teaching plan can no longer meet the needs of colleges and universities for individualized teaching of physical education.There is a lack of pertinence and practicality for individualized teaching.Disadvantages.From this syllabus,it can be seen that the teaching assessment is mostly divided into theoretical assessment and practical assessment,but in the real assessment,usually only the practice part is assessed.At the same time,relevant course materials related to individualized teaching of university sports should be improved and improved.
