Presently, the Basic Education Reform is advancing nationally in China. In order to carry it out scientically and effectively, the staff teaching should set up the teaching concept going with the new curriculm, one of whose strategies is effective teaching.At the same time, the history teaching reform is actively going on in JiangSu Provice. The Module Style teaching has not only brought in a fresh feeling but also a big challenge. Class is an important way to fulfill the aim of education and organize teaching activities. Nowdays, one main difficulty is the inefficient response in class and more emphasis on form than content, while students don't get actual development. So how to solve it is the difficulty facing us. Thus, the following is dealing with this challenge.As Mencius said, "If one wants to success, he must not ignore the details."If we overlook the macroscopically effective strategy, there shouldn't be any effective methods of teaching. By the means of Effective Teaching, this essay is focusing on the problem mentioned above and therefore, trying to put forward an accessible solution.The first part: brief introduction to the background, situation, the meaning and the stategy.The second part: an analysis of the problems in history teaching. These problems have created the need to improve the research into Effective Teaching.The third part: the body of this essay, a new concept of basic Effective Teaching.on the basis of this theory, the strategy is discussed in the following aspects, such as the preparation of teaching, the execution of teaching in class, evaluation of teaching and so on.
