Classroom teaching of history should be in the direction of the development and efforts, which can not only fully utilize existing resources to upgrade effectiveness, but fulfill the purpose of cultivating new talent as well. The study on the effectiveness should be based on the basic characteristics of history. History which describes human development process and law with language is a subject that has a great effect on cultivating the students'quality and subjective initiative. This essay tends to analyze the various reasons of the lower performance in classroom teaching of history. It focuses on self-efficacy and self-reflection methods from the teachers'standpoint. And it also put emphasis on the most optimized teaching and improving the monitoring capability of teachers. The aim is to find out practical strategies and methods to improve the effectiveness of teaching history and do a little contribution to the history teaching methods in a different way. In short, the history of classroom teaching method is to improve the effectiveness, a kind of exploration and the inevitable choice of history development. It is also a product of social education competition and a reflection of people on their own development requirements. Furthermore, it is in line with the natural, social attributes and the education law.
