With the continuous advancement of the teaching reform of mathematics and the proposal of the new curriculum goal of cultivating students' core quality of mathematics,improving the effectiveness of teaching has become more and more important.The study on the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching for class 2018 which are the first batch of students under the new curriculum standard have great guiding significance for classroom teaching reform of mathematics in the Hantai area.In the fist,through reading a lot of relevant literature,combined with the situation of high school classroom teaching of Hantai area and the requirements of the new curriculum standard,a mathematical teaching effectiveness evaluation index system was constructed,and a questionnaire on the effectiveness of mathematics teaching for senior one students of Hantai area was designed.The questionnaire is made up of two parts,the one is student questionnaire which contains teaching objectives,teaching methods,teaching process,teaching organization and management,teacher quality,teaching feedback,students' s learning attitude and habit,the other is teacher questionnaire which mainly includes the basic teaching situation of the corresponding class.In order to ensure the universality and comprehensiveness of the investigation,We conducted a questionnaire survey among a representative half of the senior one students from Hanzhong middle school,Hantai middle school and Puzhen middle school.The second,based on the questionnaire data,We performed a univariate anova on six indicators which used to describe the effectiveness of classroom teaching and thus get the students' overall evaluation of teaching effectiveness.By using the principal component analysis method,we calculate the weights and evaluation scores of six indicators of the effectiveness of mathematics classroom teaching which will be used to evaluate the overall difference in teaching effectiveness between schools and classes.According to the mean value of the indicators,we analysis the index difference of the three schools,analysis the index difference of all the grading classes,analysis the index difference of student's learning attitude and habit,and also analysis the basic situation difference of teachers.It can fully reveal the effectiveness of mathematics teaching,the existing problems,as well as the basic situation of teachers and students on the effectiveness of mathematics teaching of senior one in Hantai area,and then provide concrete reference for improving the effectiveness of local teaching.Finally,according to the results of statistical analysis and site tutoring record,from the index level and implementation level,according to the connotation and extension of classroom teaching effectiveness.We propose the strategies to improve the effectiveness of mathematics teaching in Hantai area in the order from connotation to denotation.1.Strengthen the education concept of moral education for the mathematics classroom teaching;2.Improve the accuracy of teaching goal setting and implementation;3.Improve the rationality of classroom introduction and prevent the formalization of teaching content;4.Improve students' participation in Q&A in class;5.Pay attention to the experience of group activities in math class;6.Improve teachers' insight into classroom situation and adaptability;7.Research and practice of teachers' feedback on classroom teaching;8.Enhance the professional happiness of teachers and enhance the professional skills of young teachers;9.Improve students' learning attitude and habit of mathematics;Optimize the allocation of educational resources.
