Research On Evaluation System Of University High-level Sports Team Coaches' Comprehensive Capacity

In recent years, college students' sports events caused widespread concern in society, college athletics began to gradually become China's athletics an important component. High-level college sports teams coaches as one of the important components of their professional qualities, training levels, and comprehensive management capabilities will also affect the sports training, management, and sports team results. So, enhanced comprehensive capabilities of high-level college sports teams coaches, the completion of a training mission, game-improvement is a key role, it has also become for the quality of training and competition results in new ways. Therefore the establishment of a set of objective and rational evaluation system which can reflect the true comprehensive capacity of high-level college sports teams coaches is very important. In this paper, meta-synthesis and WSR -methodology are introduced, and then Based on them, a new algorithm of meta-synthesis from qualitative to quantitative is proposed. It is integrated of Delphi, AHP Gray inter connect degree and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluating. Jiangsu Province high-level college athletics team coaches as a case, coaches comprehensive capacity evaluation system was established. It contains 4 level-one targets, 12 level-two targets, 12 level three of targets. The evaluation system can be multi-angle, multi-level, objective, accurate evaluation of the comprehensive capacity of track and field coaches and the sports department of personnel to provide a reliable basis for decision-making.
