The fast development of information technology provides unheard-of chances for the basic education, and puts forward new requirements for elementary teachers and middle school teachers in their professional development .How to bring up elementary teachers and middle school teachers who can suit and meet the needs of 21st century is the topic that every educational researcher should concerns. Elementary teachers' and middle school teachers' educational technology ability is the core of teacher's professional development, and is also the basic need of education in the future. So, in order to improve the teachers' information-based teaching ability fast and bring about an advance in their speciality, people are paying attention for education technology training gradually. The provinces all over the country launch vigorous education technology training for elementary teachers and middle school teachers one after another.The trainings of different classifications and ranks make certain achievement, but we also see the deficiency of the ability in teacher's using education skills, and see many questions that exist in the teacher's training system, especially the question of the training method and training mode, which is the important factor of training quality. The dissertation aims at exploring the method of improving training quality from the angle of training method and mode. And tries to set up a virtual learning community which can provide help and advice for the teachers after the training.The thesis is based on the analysis of connotation of learning community ,the cunent situation of education technology training, and the cases that exist in the training at first. On this basis I advocate introducing the connotation of learning community into the education technology training, and continue to set up a virtual learning community which can provide help and advice for the teachers after the training . In the next place , the thesis gives pieces of advice after the serious analysis for the question that how to set up a realistic community in class and a virtual community based on the network . Finally the researcher carried on the examination in the practice. According to effect and feedback information, the researcher reconsidered to the using of the connotation of learning community in the education technology training, wishing to have the instruction significance in the later training work..
