The peasants issue has been China's revolution and construction fundamental issue, while educating the peasant is one of the most important principles. It has a direct impact on rural development, social stability and the nation's long-term stability. To improve the quality of peasant education is to improve the qualities of the peasants, promote the traditional agriculture to modern agriculture changed, fundamentally resolve the "Three Rural Issues", and as soon as possible achieve the construction socialism of the new countryside of the key to the goal. The early years of the new nation, the party and the government have carried on the ideological and political education, the cultural education, the technical education in the extremely difficult situation to the peasant, which has left behind the rich experience to us. Recalling the period of China's peasant education, summing up the historical experience of its development and arriving at historical revelation to provide the important model significance for the construction socialism of the new countryside.Through analysis of the literature found, on the foundings of the early peasant education are small. The majority of research perspectives are single, isolated and non-systematic, and has no vivid and specific occurrences and expansions of the peasant education , and the majority of the foundings combine the education of workers and peasants, ignore the differences between the two,and not highlight the characteristics of peasant education. To this end, this paper in 1949 - 1956 of the period for the study of peasant education regards dialectical materialism and historical materialism as a guide to use synthetically the text to create methods, historical analytic method, synthesis comparison test, real diagnosis law and so on,on the basis of this,we has made some discussions on 1949 -1956 in the Republic of peasant education.Firstly, this chapter systematically elaborates the basis which the early years of the new nation republic peasant education occurred, altogether divided into three parts: the historical basis (revolutionary base peasant educational experience), the theory basis (Marxism classical writer about transforming thought which small farmer realizes), the realistic basis (in early years of the new nation republic peasant educational inevitability). Secondly, it elaborates emphatically that the early years of the new nation, the general peasant populace in the party and under government's leadership, passed through the organizational management of 1949-1956 the republic peasant education, developed an imposing peasant to educate the movement, and had been through three evolution processes : the peasant education "setting successfully sail"; (1949-1951), "correcting an error in the midway for the peasant education"(1952-1953),"developing the peasant education into the movement "(1953-1956).Thirdly, this chapter begins with content,form,characteristic, and then elaborated emphatically these aspects the complete picture which 1949-1956 develops in, and pointed out it presents one kind to renew unceasingly, the progress, the development model.Finally, This chapter summarizes the achievement and the limitation of 1949 -1956 the republic peasant education, in this foundation, excavated and founded the experience and the enlightenment of the republic peasant education in the first seven year which educated to the contemporary peasant.
