Residents in Zhengzhou have formed a systematical consumption manner on playing tennis, which preferred to participate in a form of group to individual, giving attention to sociality.3. Male tennis consumer hold a higher recognition on tennis consumption than women consumers.4. The consuming motivations of Zhengzhou residents in order are: the requirement of bodybuilding, entertainment, self-cultivation.5. There were gender differences in the consumption level of tennis in Zhengzhou: The male were higher than woman both in frequency and playing hour per time. Zhengzhou tennis consumers in per capita consumption amount of time the target of a higher level of consumption. 6. The consumptive types of Zhengzhou residents: the object tennis consumption and participative tennis consumption were in a middle and low level, the consumption for enjoyment is in a low level.7. The factors influencing the consumption in order are: income level, leisure time, tennis consumption place.8.
