With the movement of "Teacher specialization", the specialization of music teacher has increasingly become one of the topics music education researchers pay attention to. The development of teaching, as the core content of music teacher specialization, has some pulsive significance to the specialization of music teachers'. Music teacher is a growing experience accumulated in the process and have a certain continuity and phase, therefore, this study used "novice - confirmed - expert" on the growth stage of teachers, to carry on an integral study on the music teachers in primary and secondary schools about their speciality development courses. The author interviewed by telephone, comparison and analysis, survey, classroom observation, the text explanation, text collection on ways to put music instruction content knowledge and teaching music knowledge development into the integration. That is the music teacher professional development's real content, and thus analyzes three sorts of music teacher according to this main line. Analyzing the structural system of music teacher professional development under the new curriculum reform. According to the characteristics of music teacher at different development stages, pointing out some professional strategy for teaching development based on some respective methods in order to gain faster professional development at different stages. Finally, in the light of three music teachers' problems in three development stage, introducing two model of teacher education in the field of music teachers' education in order to implement the music teacher professional development strategy and promote the process of music teachers' specialization.
