Teachers’ knowledge management is an important part of educational knowledge management, the effective implementation of teachers’ knowledge management can create a knowledge sharing organizational culture,dissemination of knowledge in the community.In the process of knowledge management and innovation of reconstruction,the teacher’s teaching method,teaching thought, teaching experience is constantly increasing.It is not only benefit to teachers’ growth,but also can promote the teachers’ professional development.The theory of knowledge management is through the teachers occupation career,the reasonable use of knowledge management strategy can help teachers to grow rapidly.In education and teaching field,the expert teacher is the one who can use knowledge of educational theory and teaching skills to solve various kinds of difficult problems in specific teaching situation.An expert teachers have diversified characteristics in their knowledge structure,The specific performance as follow:the lofty occupation ideal and advanced educational concepts,rich professional knowledge and excellent professional ability.In this paper, through the method of triangulation, the expert teacher —— Zhang Liangjie who used strategies and methods of knowledge management made himself from a novice teacher to proficient teacher and finally became an expert teacher. This paper is in order to restore a good use of the expert teacher knowledge management strategy of the growth experience and provides a template for the growth and development of teachers.
