Present Situation And The Countermeasures To Cultivate College Students' Innovation Ability Of Science And Technology Research

This paper is from the present situation of Yangzhou university students and scientific and technological innovation, analyzes the problems and their origins of the status quo. Use the theory of people’s all-round development, innovative talent cultivation theory, the modern incentive theory to thinking and analyzing the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion for colleges and universities strengthen the cultivation of university students’scientific and technological innovation ability.This study illustrates the essential problems of the students science and technology innovation ability, including students science and technology innovation connotation, University Students’scientific and technological innovation capability and its theoretical basis, and analysis the innovation talent training theory by international comparison to reflecting the insufficient of our innovation talent training theory.This study based on the questionnaire investigation and interview about the present status of Yangzhou University on cultivating students’innovative ability could visible the measures and results of Yangzhou University on cultivating students’innovative ability; from the students, colleges, society angle analyzes that cultivating students’innovative ability still exist some problems; through comprehensive analysis and exploration, there are four main aspects on cultivating students’ innovative ability in the course of problems:first, the inhibition of traditional culture to students’ creativity; second, the inhibition of traditional education to the college students’ innovative ability; third, the lack of incentive mechanism and environment to students’ creativity; fourth, what is lack that modern university education on the cultivation of innovation ability to college students; and so on. After these expatiating, this paper uses the theory of people’s all-round development, innovative talent cultivation theory, the modern incentive theory to proposed the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion for colleges and universities strengthen the cultivation of university students’ scientific and technological innovation ability. By training students science and technology innovation thinking ability, improving college students’ scientific and technological innovation management mechanism, inspiring college students’ science and technology innovation the intrinsic desire, creating a good social atmosphere for college science and technology innovation, to promote the benign development of college students’ science and technology innovation ability.
