Under strides in old age and the leisure society's time background in the whole world, the old age physical leisure plays the more and more vital role in modern society in virtue of its rich connotation and high repayment rate. Many scholars are making studies now. But, the studies of Heilongjiang province is poor. This article utilized the literature method, the logical analytic method, the expert talking way, the accent questioning volume method, and the mathematical statistic method, attempted to research the physical leisure mode. It analyzed the present situation and the reason of the old age physical leisure through adjusts the questioning volume and the statistics. This article made use of the real diagnosis research and the view of Sociological theory, it belonged to the description research. The article not only drew forth in theory aspect, but also helped to guide the old age of Heilongjiang province to take physical leisure.The article began with the presupposition of the frontage, long-term and significant influence of the old age physical leisure. At first, it analyzed the relationships between theories and concepts about the research. Basing on the existed leisure theories, the author defined the concepts of leisure and physical leisure; second, the author attempted to build the theory system of physical leisure in Heilongjiang province. Third, the author analyzed social function of the old age physical leisure, and proposed the countermeasure for the old age. At last, the article analyzed the achievement of the old age physical leisure in six areas of Heilongjiang province.The research discovered, there were many forms of the physical leisure; the physical leisure was the permanent power of the society; and it provided precious material and basis; every area should develop the physical leisure according to different situations.
