The train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation as one kind of effective education form that can train student's synthesis vocational ability and enhance the competitive ability of obtaining employment. It has been already used widely since introduced our country in the middle of 90's. At present, it has become the basic approach of training the talent of practicality type which in the general higher vocational colleges. However, the research about the train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation only concentrated in the non-agricultural nature colleges. For the agriculture vocational colleges is very few which accounts for the half total of higher vocational colleges. Even if has, also limited at summarizing practical experience, lacked theoretical discussion in the deep level. It did not conform to the condition that our country is the large agricultural nation. Owing to this, the paper on the basis of summarizing domestic and foreign practical experience, has studied thoroughly the many problem about the train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation which in the agriculture vocational colleges, and has drawn some of the scientific conclusion. Undoubtedly, this will have the important theoretical and practical significance that in the aspects of reaching the theory of the train talent's model in higher vocational colleges, and guiding the practice that all social circles cooperate fully to construct the model of high effective operation which in the agriculture vocational colleges.Mainly through four parts, the paper has completed the elaboration and the research about the train talent's model of Production-Learning cooperation which in the agriculture vocational colleges.The first part outlined the basic content of the train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation which in the agriculture vocational colleges. At first, defined its conception specifically. Then on the basis of comparatively researching the models of non-agricultural nature colleges, agricultural universities and secondary vocational schools, has analyzed its characteristic, namely, the universality of Production-Learning cooperation field, the stage- trait of cooperative course, the comprehensive trait of cooperation and the dualism of following the rule. Finally, pointed out the model has been constituted by four mutual relation and mutual effect's essential elements,they are the college, the enterprise, the student and the external environment. From macroscopic, mid-cosmic and microcosmic hierarchies, the second part has separately demonstrated the significance of agriculture vocational colleges to push the train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation. At first, it conformed to the requirement of talent's quality that agricultural and rural economy development. Secondly, the college cooperated with the enterprise to train the talent will be in favor of the college to make the best of enterprise's manpower, material resources and financial resources to improve the conditions for running college. At the same time, it can provide the technological safeguard for long term development of enterprise. The third, it will be helpful in student to improve the synthesis vocational ability. Thus it can effectively settle the problem of obtaining employment difficultly.The third part has expounded the present situation and the existent problems of the train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation which in the agriculture vocational colleges. On the one hand, the paper introduced the survey of the model which in developed country's agriculture vocational education. On the other hand, it summarized the achievement which in our country, detailed introduced the successful case which has the representative four agriculture vocational colleges in our country to put into practice the education of Production-Learning cooperation. In this foundation, deed analyzed the problem of the model in operation. Pointed out among these not only has existed the problem in aspects of government, education and industry's department, but also has existed the problem in school and enterprise.The fourth part elaborated with emphasis the concrete measure of constructing the model of high effective operation which in the agriculture vocational colleges. In this part, the paper elaborated the six principles of the model that was constructed. Meanwhile, on the basis of using for the reference of experience and successful case about the education of Production-Learning cooperation in domestic and foreign, the paper designed the six kind of model that can incarnate the colleges' characteristic. Due to the train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation is a complex system that involves a lot of elements, the paper thought that if we want to construct the model of high effective operation should we build a long-time effective mechanism which can impel all circles cooperate fully. Among these, the dynamical mechanism and the appraisal mechanism is important safeguard for the model move smoothly, the managing mechanism is important foundation for the model revolves benignly, and the operational mechanism will provide the essential condition for the model actualize successfully.
