The train talent's model of the Production-Learning cooperation as one kind of effective education form that can train student's synthesis vocational ability and enhance the competitive ability of obtaining employment. It has been already used widely since introduced our country in the middle of 90's. At present, it has become the basic approach of training the talent of practicality type which in the general higher vocational colleges. At the same time, it can provide the technological safeguard for long term development of enterprise. The third, it will be helpful in student to improve the synthesis vocational ability.
