| In the new era of continuous enrollment expansion of one million a year,higher vocational education talent training is facing more challenges and opportunities.Based on serving the needs of high-end industries and the upgrading and transformation of high-end industries,optimizing higher vocational education production and education integration talent training model,It has become an important task in the new pattern.From the perspective of stakeholders,this article discusses the talent training model of the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,which has the significance of the times.Analyze the era background and research significance of the talent training model for the integration of production and education in higher vocational education;comb and summarize the literature on the current situation of production and education integration talent training at home and abroad;elaborate the research purpose,content,methods and technical routes.Based on the definition of the related concepts of the talent training model for the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,and based on the theory of stakeholder theory,the interest demands of stakeholders in the cultivation of talents in higher vocational education are deeply analyzed.Using questionnaire survey method and interview method to investigate 4 higher vocational colleges and 2 typical enterprises in Hubei Province that have entered the national "double higher colleges",mainly to analyze the multiple stakeholders of the higher vocational education integration talent training model,Especially from the perspective of the three stakeholders of the government,enterprises,and schools,discussed the main practical issues of higher vocational education talent training model.Using comparative research methods,three countries with more mature vocational education development in Germany,the United States,and the United Kingdom are selected as comparative research objects.The basic situation,typical models and basic experience of vocational education personnel training in these three countries are analyzed in depth,and foreign countries are summarized.The enlightenment and reference of the talent training model in developed countries to our country is to establish a correct talent concept,give full play to the role of the main body of the enterprise,improve the vocational education legislation and accelerate the market-oriented school running mechanism.Starting from the stakeholders of the talent training model for the integration of production and education in higher vocational education,it proposes optimization from six aspects: scientifically reshaping the role of government,enterprises and schools,integration of production and education,talent training goals,curriculum system,teaching staff,and legal protection Strategy recommendations.That is,the multi-party work together to reshape the role positioning of each stakeholder;tap the key elements of the integration of industry and education,and deepen the all-round integration of all elements of the integration of industry and education;take the leadership of the people as the fundamental task,and the competence-based as the core to build a compound talent training Goal;multi-participation and joint construction of a dynamic curriculum system;optimizing the gradient of the faculty,focusing on the cultivation of key teachers’ abilities;overall planning,perfecting the legal and regulatory system for the training model of integrated production and education,and rationally improving the training model for integrating production and education in higher vocational education High-quality technical and skilled personnel who can adapt to industrial changes. |
