"The school,creates the talented person's place,governs the world also." Higher Vocational Education,as an important part of China's higher education system,is closely related to the development of regional economy and the training of skilled personnel.At present,the vocational education has been brought into focus by all countries,and our country has paid more and more attention to it.A series of relevant policy documents have been promulgated,and the building of a high-quality education system has been included in the national 14 th five-year plan,through deepening the integration of production and education,promoting cooperation between universities and enterprises to cultivate more high-quality technical talents.The integration of Industry and education is the main mode of promoting the development of the vocational education in the new era,and it is also the necessary talent supply station for the development of local economy.Therefore,promoting the integration of industry and education,training practical,practical high-quality talent is imminent,but also the general trend.Through the methods of Literature Research,questionnaire survey and interview,this paper has a deep understanding of the current situation and problems of the talent training model of integration of Industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Tibet,it is found that there are many problems in the integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges in Tibet,such as unclear training objectives,weak teachers,imperfect construction of training bases,lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and imperfect assessment and evaluation system,in order to further solve the problem that the current talent training level for the integration of industry and education in Tibet is not deep and the level is relatively shallow,based on the human capital theory,stakeholder theory and triple helix theory,this paper explores the potential causes of the existing problems,at the same time,the author puts forward some feasible solutions to the current talent training mode of integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Tibet.This research is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the background,significance,relevant domestic and international research,research ideas and methods,as well as the innovation of the research The second part is mainly to define the relevant concepts of this study and expound the theoretical basis of the research on the talent cultivation model of Tibet Higher Vocational Colleges;the third part is from the students of Tibet Vocational and Technical College as the research object,starting from four aspects of teacher curriculum,integration of theory and practice,cooperation between schools and enterprises,assessment and evaluation,this paper investigates the current situation of talent cultivation of integration of production and teaching in higher vocational colleges in Tibet by means of questionnaire and interview The fourth part is to find out the causes of the problems through the analysis of the current situation of talent training mode of integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges in Tibet,it is found that there are currently problems in Tibet's higher vocational colleges,such as insufficient participants,weak teaching staff,imperfect construction of training bases,lack of in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises,and imperfect assessment and evaluation system,and from the government,enterprise,society,school four levels of integration of industry and education personnel training in the implementation process of the causes of the problems were analyzed,they are insufficient support from the government system,lack of policy guidance,insufficient motivation for enterprises to participate,educational qualification restriction in Diploma Society,deep-rooted talent concept in Tibetan tradition,and imperfect school management team.Finally,from the government,the enterprise,the Higher Vocational College three levels put forward the Tibet Higher Vocational College Production and education integration talents training optimization strategy.
