Higher vocational education is an important part of China's higher education.It shoulders the task of cultivating high-quality applied skill talents for China.Therefore,in the context of the integration of production and education,accelerating the development of higher vocational colleges,improving the quality of personnel training,and meeting the talent needs of the industry are of great significance to promoting the rapid development of China's social economy.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the current situation and problems of the talent training mode in higher vocational colleges,and analyze the causes of the problems,combine the requirements of the integration of production and education on the training of talents,and then optimize the talents of higher vocational colleges under the background of integration of production and education.Training mode.This paper firstly establishes the talent training mode under the concept of integration of production and education through the necessity,policy and practice of the integration of production and education,and then carries out the case study with the talent training mode of Yunnan Communications Vocational and Technical College,summarizing the problems:the professional setting is not connected with the industrial demand.The irrational design of the curriculum system,the single evaluation system of talents,etc.,and the reasons for the analysis of the problems caused by the concept,process and method of talent cultivation.Finally,with the integration of production and education as the theoretical guidance,the paper puts forward the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges.Three aspects of innovation,namely,innovation of ideas,innovation of processes,and innovation of methods.Among them,the innovation of the concept mainly includes:establishing the concept of integration of production and education,cultivating the re-use of practical talents as the training goal,and adapting to the local industry as the training concept;the process innovation includes:enrollment,education,management,evaluation,employment,etc.The five links;the innovation of the method mainly includes:constructing an education group,constructing a practice innovation mechanism,and building a political and university enterprise talent training platform,so as to provide reference for the innovation of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges in China.
