In the new century. IT (Information Technology) which including of multi -media Technology and network technology,is changing the circulating and developing models in every fields in society. It changed People's live and study styles.With the fast development of science and technology, the information technology has been sweeping the globe and the knowledge economy has come into being. This is challenging the traditional ideas about the talent and putting forward the urgent request for the new type of talent that claims creativity and practical skills. Hence, the reformation of the present classroom teaching, the transformation of the educational ideas and the change in the way of learning of the students must be enforced.Many countries have paid attention to the education of IT,by the development of Education conception and technology,more and more researchers focus on how to integrate IT into other curriculums and teaching forwardly. They try to use IT as the cognitive and sensibility-inspiring tool of Promoting students self-determinate study and the tools of Instructional environment-building. By integrating IT into curriculums,the information attainment and sprite of innovation of students will be built.With regard to the actuality of Mathematics teaching In middle school,base the Practice of teaching,and combined with the development to multimedia and network technology , a new teaching mode elative to traditional teaching mode of Mathematics has been Put forward in this Paper.There are six chapters in this Paper. In chapter one, the paper introduce the research background,aim,significance and mostly method. In chapter two the author analyzing the condition of integrating IT into mathematics teaching,then Points out the existing Problem about it. In chapter three, sums up the other people's achievements and discusses the theoretical basis about the multimedia auxiliary teaching from the following aspects: 1. Psychological basis about the producing of CAI; 2. Educational basis about the producing of CAI; 3. technological basis about the producing of CAI. In chapter four,the author contrasts with the view of traditional teaching and modern teaching, traditional teaching means and modern teaching means, traditional teaching mode and modern teaching mode; introduces applying multimedia technology to optimizing middle school mathematical teaching by instances; points out a few mode about the multimedia auxiliary middle school mathematical teaching of classroom and every of their operational flow. In chapter five, it is chiefly based on the methods of experiments which assisted by the method of surveys (such as questionnaires), educational statistics, etc. Emphasis is laid on data collection,sorting out and statistical analysis. In the process of research the paper uses the method of educational statistics and also integrates the way of qualitative and quantitative research. In chapter six, the author analyzes the result of experiment. Result shows that grade of experiment class students in the test are enhanced and cognitive ability and aggressive psychology are developed in their learning process. They like thinking independently and could raise more problems and solve the problem. They have higher self-confidence, dare to face the challenge; they thought quickly in the class, and pay attention to the teacher. They can cooperate. At the construct their own knowledge voluntarily in the group same time the teacher should realize that Multimedia Assisted Mathematics teaching mode must unite with day-to-day teaching, must use different approaches to different students, must tutor the students individuality and must exert students' self-determination.
