In the opinion of the modern-quality-education, higher education should train the qualified talented person according to the need of the human and social development, the deference laws of education, so that the talents would be comprehensive with noble thought and morals sentiment stature , richfull scientific cultural knowledge, healthy both in body and the psychological quality, the strong ability in practice and operation, as well as the healthy individuality, so it can improves the education quality for all-around.The campus sports culture, as one of the ennation on university sports education, the profound content it contains is just to influences both students and teachers subtly, to affect their ideology, the moral principles, the habits and customs even values gradually through the forms of physical education, extracurricular sports, movement training, competition and so on.Under this kind of situation, educators and students in independent institutes pay more and more attention on sports education which would be in focus position in campus-cultural-construction , and also the function of campus sports culture (as the ennation of sports education) in the personnel training in independent institute would be remarkable day by day .
