Collate the student feedback information. Improve thetalents training mode of the Independent College by using the six career choicetendency in Typology theory. By increasing the proportion of practical courses in thecurriculum system, training double-talent teachers, establishing school-enterprisecooperation mechanism, creating a new student evaluation system, strengthenemployability and competitiveness and practical ability of Independent Collegestudents.Improving Independent College student employability and competitiveness,requires a full continuous employment guidance system including career guidancecurriculum, professional teaching staff, etc. Playing a role in training talents of enterprises which cooperate with the Independent College is also required. Combinethe demand for talents of the enterprises with the talent cultivating goals of theIndependent College. Students are encouraged to join in the work of the cooperativeenterprise in order to solve the employment.
