It is under the circumstances of the Curriculum Reform that curriculum leadership of school principals becomes a hotspot studied by educators. The essence of study is how to actualize the curriculum leadership practically and how to give play to the subjective initiative, under the conditions of the management operated by national, local governments and schools, after the transition of curriculum and curriculum switched completely. In this dissertation, analyses and corresponding countermeasures for current situation problems and causes are put forward, in the way of questionnaire surveys, analyses of individual cases and interviewing from an investigation study perspective, after the relating leadership and curriculum leadership of school masters at home and abroad have been studied.The article is structured as follows:The quotation part mainly introduces the puzzles caused by curriculum leadership, formed study circumstances study purpose, study methods and study significance.1.The first part discusses the problems of curriculum leadership of school masters from the theoretical points. First of all, I study the meaning of curriculum leadership of headmasters; second, I study the differences between the curriculum leadership and curriculum management. Third, I study the function and value of curriculum leadership in curriculum reform. Finally, I refer to the enlightenment given by the current situation of American curriculum leadership.2. The second part analyzes the current situation, problems and cases of primary and secondary school principals in Chaoyang District on the bases of investigation and study.3. The third part puts forward the problems on how to form the schoolmasters'curriculum leadership ability and how to carry out the schoolmasters'curriculum leadership efficiently.4. The fourth part puts forward the corresponding solutions to curriculum leadership of the schoolmasters on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current situation problems, causes , and forming the ability of curriculum leadership and carrying out the effective curriculum leadership. First is to make an effort to form the performance groups of curriculum leadership. Second is to promote the schoolmasters'leadership with the problem-based training methods. Third is to give a free hand to the headmasters to lead the school curriculum reform in accordance with the requirements of three-level management course.
