Moral leadership theory is the result of the development of education, the advent of moral leadership theory, breaking the embarrassing situation of the educational leadership theory to follow the footsteps of enterprise leadership theory,marking the educational leadership theory research into the period of originality. At present,the moral leadership by attention of many experts and scholars at home and abroad, it has a great influencein the educational management and become a new trend of educational management. Moral leadership advocated in the leadership practice focus on moral dimension, the implementation of the humanization of school management, which is of bureaucracy and interpersonal skills and sublimation of the critique of the traditional characteristics of the school management. Under the situation of deepening education reform and the continuous development of education, primary and secondary school principals in the school management should adapt to the situation, and form their own leadership characteristics. How to practice the moral leadershipshould be the major task of primary and secondary. Especially in the professional ethics construction in prevailing winds, the principal as a teacher, should reflect on their own in the leadership process whether the moral factors in the first place, the moral leadership of Ideological Penetration in the work. In this context, in order todiscover problems, analyze issues and solve problems to carry out research.This paper is divided into four parts:First, analysis of the relevant research background, previous research results and therelated concept and the theory of.Second, to describe the current situation of moral leadership in primary and secondary schools, through case interviews, analysis of the existing primary and secondary school principals in the process of moral leadership and the reasons for the problems, the main problems are:1, the headmasters’ value choice shows utilitarian values, mainly from theaspects of educational concept of principal error interest, concept analysis.2, in the process of leadership, lack of communication and understanding of emotion, mainly through case analysis in the process of leadership,principals over use executive order management, lack of emotional communication. 3, the principals’ power use trend is aviolation of power, integration and balance of all aspects related to the interests of the moral leadership from the perspective of the requirements in the individualism leadershipdecision-making and management.4, The leadership behavior is not very good for the principal to play a role of a good leader.Third, to analysis of the causes, mainly from the social culture, organizational structure, power restriction and personal qualities four aspects were analyzed.Fourth, the school principals of primary and secondary should practice: 1, with the correct valuesto guide the construction of moral community, the first to set the value orientation, this is the moral leadership of the most basic and core values of the principal then, the formation of collective identity shared values, and construct the moral values in the community under the guidance of 2; and the emotional management to enhance organizational cohesion,emotion management as an important means of management, through the emotionalcommunication and stimulate moral emotion and enhance organizational cohesion; power distribution and use of appropriate to promote teachers and students self leadership,teachers should pay attention to that of primary and secondary school principalsProfessional autonomy, reduce control of teachers’ professional autonomy, also give teachers and students a certain decision-making power and let the students give full play to the supervisory power, the power distribution and exercise better service for teachers and students, let the teachers and students in a more relaxed environment in the development of self, to realize my leadership; 4, to cultivate virtue is most important to establish the moral authority.
