Research On The Teaching Strategies Between Geography Teachers In General And Expert Geography Teachers

On the basis of comprehensive study in different types of teachers'teaching strategies domestic and foreign countries, this paper use geography teaching strategies as a research tool in order to compare the different teaching strategies between expert geography teachers and the teachers in general. The aim is to discover some difference between the two types of teachers in teaching strategies and to provide a few references for the further development of teachers in geography major.By using social statistics software I have made some conclusions as follows:The expert's teaching level is obviously higher than that of general. In Pre-class strategy, the difference is small, the two types of geography teachers both attaching great importance to this aspect, but expert geography teachers pay more attention to the choice of teaching media and also has a strong predictability. In Course strategy, the expert geography teachers pay more attention to the Student-oriented; they can use Geography Teaching Methods creatively to cultivate Students'geographic capacity. They performed more fluent and skilled in solving the random problem and guiding student activities. In After-school strategy, the expert geography teachers will care more about that whether the students have developed their geographic ability and have formed the correct geographical concepts, they also good at adjusting their teaching strategies to improve the level of teaching.After interview analysis, I have found that, teachers'knowledge; individual and teaching concept are the main subjective factors that influence teaching strategies. Only targeted training on theoretical knowledge and practice, to develop their scientific teaching concept and to make a better teaching conditions, can really improve the level of general geography teachers.
