Regional geography is an important constitute of Geography as well as a fundamental knowledge. The liberal arts students learning it well is a demand that builds up the essential geography cultivated manners, as well as cope with the Entrance Examination for University. Concerning the current situation that there are so many students in trouble in the process of learning and that it is not easy to improve their skills, the author will analyze all the reasons by means of questionnaires and conversations. And the main reasons are as follows: The society doesn't pay enough attention to geography ;they lay a bad foundation; they have a low values of District Geography; teaching methods do not fit in well with the students; there exist the mental obstacle.This text is based on the basic theories foundation as well as the recent development area theories, and through practice, it will cultivate the students skills and help them get rid of the dull study. It will create an environment to study District Geography and motivate the students to learn it well. It will make use of some methods including the Three Types Construction, helping the students establish cognition structure, grasping the suitable memory method , as well as raising the efficiency of memorizing to accumulate knowledge.
