This paper takes the secondary vocational school in Yueqing county, Zhejiang province as an example, deeply analyse development of social background developing situation and strategy of the development of the secondary vocational schools in the county.Introduction includes the reason of the problems; the significance of research; the summing-up of the research and the new points about it. The main body of the paper is divided into three chapters.Chapter one: This paper first describes the social background of the development of the Secondary vocational schools in the county, including social developing background, social economic development situation in Yueqing and the development profile of the development of the secondary vocational schools in Yueqing.Chapter two: Analyse the current situation of the development of the secondary vocational schools. First, point out the problems in traditional concept; the scope of running schools; the proportion of senior high schools and secondary vocational schools; curriculum and the quality of the teachers. After that, inquire into the natural,social,cultural,government and market elements which cause the problems.Chapter three: Present the development of the strategy of the development of the secondary vocational schools.in the country. Firstly, strengthen the macro control of the government; Secondly, give full play to their autonomy;Thirdly, enterprise and industry should take an active part in the development of the secondary vocational schools; Finally, build an extemal environment which is helpful to the development of the secondary vocational schools.
