The Research On Government Responsibility Of College Graduates Employment

Various reasons caused the difficult situation of college graduates employment. Theexpanded enrollment brings negative effects: the pressed for teaching resources and collegeteachers, the drop in students’ quality and teaching quality; the unreasonable major set can notadjust to the need of economic society development; during the process of Chinese economydevelopment, the industrial structure is not reasonable, economic growth relying too much onresource intensive industry and labor intensive industry, new technology industry and the thirdindustry occupied a serious shortage of proportion, especially for the third industry; theemployment system can not achieve real fair, reform progressed slowly, many professions stillin the half-closed situation, and many monopolized industry do not open to the graduates;Distribution system are not perfect, the income of many industry is lower, and can not appealto the graduates. Through the research on government responsibility of graduates employment,this article analysed the source of graduates,to optimize the industrial structure adjustment,thereform of the distribution system and employment system, and delight for the relevant policyestablishment.Firstly, this article analysed the situation and problems of graduates employment,especially for the main reason which influenced graduates employment.Then, defined government responsibility for the graduates employment, the governmentshould be responsible for legal safeguard, macro-control, service and supervising.Finally, through theory and current situation analyzation, pointed out the relevant policyfor the government responsibility. The government should put legal safeguard responsibilityinto practice, perfect establishment of graduates employment laws; strengthen macro-controlresponsibility, coordinate supply and demand of employment market; improve serviceresponsibility, perfect employment market environment; fulfill supervising responsibility,guarantee the practice of policy.
