Strengthen Universities' Class Construction Under The Students-based Theory

With the constant development of the social economy, lots of people with ability who have creative spirit are needed in our modern construction. Our education should be incumbent on the task. A university class is one important part of the social colony, the smallest environment for students'intercourse and personality growing, and it is also the important educational ecosystem and cradle for students'fully development.There are different kinds of models in the present universities'class construction, such as teacher's administration, scientific administration, democratic administration, independent administration etc. However, in nowadays students have become the key factor among all those models. The thesis put forward the student-based idea in the modern class construction. This means that the class administrant should do everything based on the students'development, respect the students' mastership position, value them and stimulate their potential. Every students can get free and fully development.The thesis begins with the current situation and exist problems of the present universities'class construction. Then it will analyze the reason why the modern class construction should set up the students'based theory with the basic analysis of its concept.
