Problem-posing is the origin as well as the starting of creative teaching and learning, which is one of and point the basic abilities required of the students. Based on practice of mathematics classroom in junior middle school, this paper states how to develop students'ability to raise question from the procedure of problem to the means .Question consciousness is posing. By creating the democratic environment teachers protects students' thinking and students'question developing consciousness.Bytraining students' thinking,teachers develop students'problem-pbsing spirits .The habits of problem-posing are the pledge of problem posing .Gradually, teachers develop the good habit of problem posing by controlling classroom activities at the beginning, and setting questions afterward. Teachers teach students some skills of problem posing, leading the students to raising questions on the basic knowledge and problem-solving by means of heuristic teaching and problem-based teaching .The last part of the paper reflects on the process of the teaching practice and points out some limitation and nonplus.
