English teaching has achieved a lot in our country for a long time in grammar aspect. However, under the control of examination-oriented education, the disadvantages of the examination oriented English teaching system exposed gradually, such as ignoring to train students'English practical skills and lacking self-teaching ability. There are many restrictions in village English teaching. So it's urgent to reform the traditional English teaching model at the middle school and form the student-centred teaching model trough interaction. The new curriculum makes us teachers always sure to show every student's principal part in English classroom and fully develop their active and main body to make them more interested in their study, and make sure students have the free harmonious learning atmospheres. That is to say, in the course of teaching we teachers should emphasize the active information exchanged between teacher and students, and also among students, we should treat students as the part-body of the study, make the class become the space of students studying actively and research cooperatively and regard teaching as the interactive course between teach and students. We teachers must try to correct the style of the interaction to have an interactive influence, and then English-class teaching interaction can come true.But there are some problems in English classroom in middle schools, such as teachers'opinions on teaching still fall behind; the teaching method can't follow teaching itself; the classroom result is not very good. Therefore, this article mainly discussed and researched into the interactive problem between teacher and students and also among students in English classroom in middle schools, according to the English teaching communication expounds and background of implementing the new curriculum and task given by the new curriculum to both sides—teaching and learning and also due to the main problem and situation in class—teaching in basic education nowadays. And with the help of the Theory of Study Construction,the Theory of Multiple Intelligences and other modern educational theories, I discussed and researched into the significance and effect of the interaction, and I've understood its content and form and also the way and principle of interaction in my teaching practice, I analyzed the reason of ill class interaction, the problems and the solving strategies are also referred to. With the help of the examples, the article showed how the effective interaction could come true in English class-teaching.
