In accordance with new course reform, more and more teachers pay much attention to bettering teaching form and the improvement of learning form. They tend to form communicative and interactive teacher-student relations and focus on the construction of the teaching process which is full of vigor and vitality. Conclusively, students' lifelong development and lasting development has become an outcome of Intergroup Communication and Interaction.Some studies have been made by researchers on cooperative learning in groups and the interactive pattern between students and teachers in teaching. But few studies concern the pattern of intergroup communication and interaction, and how this pattern can help the learners form the effective learning strategies.This paper aims at the application of Intergroup Communication and Interaction in Junior English Teaching, and how it can help the students form the effective learning strategies. Intergroup Communication and Interaction has an active influence on teaching that happens in the classroom between teachers and students or among the students. It bases on the process of self-learning , intergroup discussion and the interaction in a small group. Besides, the communicative and interactive activities care about student's intergroup communication and competitions. This pattern proposes democratic, equal and harmonious teacher-student relations, well-developed ability in communication. This pattern regards teaching as a dynamic and multi-dimensional communicative and interactive process. Systematic analysis bases on intergroup and interaction from theory and practice. A pattern of Intergroup Communication and Interaction is constructed, which can be widely applied in Junior English Teaching.The test's results show that Intergroup Communication and Interaction, emotion strategies, administration and evaluation strategies and cognition strategies are correlated. Students' motivation, culture ideology, self-learning ability, cooperative ability, problem-analyzing andproblem- solving abilities can be improved accordingly.The paper puts forward some suggestions on how to help the students form the effective learning strategies, and what roles teachers can play in such a teaching process.
