A Study On Bayi Basketball Team As An Enlightenment For The Style Training Of CUBS Basketball Teams

The style which is talked about by many coaches and athletes always attract more attention. It is proved that the style is invisible power, which affects the level of athlete,s technology in tournament. Nowadays, the comprehensive technology in basketball is not only copy with the need of the vehement and fierce tournament. Therefore, the training about the well style of athlete is concerned and discoursed by the many coaches.What makes male players (MP) of"BAYI"a best team in Chinese basketball area for long time should be contributed to good basketball style (BS). CUBS is a new creation, comparing to CBA. Although CUBS made notable progress in the past 4 years, there are many problems about the ability of competition and exerting, especially, Competition style which is inferior to the one of MP of"BAYI". In this study,《Game of basketball style questionnaire》is developed in the basis of the investigation and literature lookup, this questionnaire can appraise the Competition style from five ability : diligency, pertinacity, decision, self-control and self-confidence. Therefore, making use of MP of"BAYI"successful experience about the training of Competition style for enhancing the level of BS of CUBS teams is a keystone of this study. The study concludes the following from demonstration:1. The result of appraising shows that, the good basketball performance follows by the well BS, in other words, the well basketball helps the basketball performance, which validate《Game of basketball style questionnaire》.2. MP of"BAYI"the male teams of CUBS are appraised by《Game of basketball style questionnaire》, the result shows that the Competition style of MP of"BAYI"is totally better than that of CUBS, the further result shows that the MP of"BAYI"is better at diligency, pertinacity, decision. But, there is no difference in self-control between them.3. There is difference about the influence of Competition style between MP of"BAYI"and the male teams of CUBS. MP of"BAYI"shows that: the foundation and heredity of excellent army Competition style, the former outstanding performance, strict management of daily life. the male teams of CUBS shows that: the former Competition style, the cohesion between teammates, coach, environments, and so on.4. The training mode of Competition style of MP of"BAYI"can inspire the teams of CUBS: the fostering of responsibility and obedience to the need of training, the development of daily management and the training of leading style of coach.
