Research purposes: Athletes' limbs are generally asymmetry. The asymmetry of athletes' limbs will affect and limit athletes' performance in training and competitions, leading to potential and real risks of injury.Improving the asymmetry of athletes' limbs through targeted training to achieve the goal of improving athletes' performance and preventing injuries has become a practical problem facing many sports events that needs to be solved urgently.Existing research shows that compound training can effectively improve athletes' strength and explosiveness. The study uses single-leg compound training methods to intervene in the asymmetry of basketball players' lower limbs, and explore the effect and extent of improving the asymmetry of their lower limbs. At the same time, explore the impact of the improvement of the experimental subjects' limb asymmetry on their physical fitness and sports performance indicators.Research methods:Mainly adopt experimental method, test method questionnaire survey and other methods. The experiment is divided into pre-experiment and formal experiment. The test is based on 38 male college basketball second-level athletes as the research object to measure and evaluate the form, strength and balance ability indicators. The preliminary experiment is to randomly select 6 male college basketball second-level athletes with asymmetric lower limbs for 8 weeks of single-leg compound training intervention. The formal experiment adopts a single factor completely randomized and other pre-test and post-test research design.Twenty-eight second-level male college basketball players were randomly selected as the main experimental subjects, and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The experimental group was given a single-leg compound training intervention for 8 weeks, and the control group was given normal teaching training. Before and after the experiment, the basketball players' lower limb asymmetry and their physical fitness were tested. The experimental group and the control group were compared before and after the intervention.Symmetry and differences in physical fitness and sports performance indicators.Research result:(1)The test showed that the difference in the length, width, and girth of the upper and lower limbs of the 38 male college basketball second-level athletes participating in the test was less than 3cm;the grip strength indexes of the left and right sides had significant differences(P<0.05),and the right hand is larger than the left hand;in the single-leg reverse vertical jump(SLCMJ),the average asymmetry percentage of the left and right lower limbs vertical ground reaction force is 17.5%;in the Y balance test,63.16% of the subjects had a difference in the anterior extension index(>4cm)between the left and right sides, and 57.89% had a difference in the posterior medial extension index(>6cm)between the left and right sides.86.84% of the number of people with the difference of lateral posterolateral extension index(>6cm).(2)Formal experiment 1 shows that the asymmetry percentage of the experimental group in the SLCMJ test has improved significantly, while the control group has no significant change;the SLCMJ test indicators of the two groups have improved to different degrees, but the improvement of the experimental group is significantly greater than that of the control group. After the experiment, the asymmetry percentage of the experimental group in the isokinetic muscle strength test was significantly improved, while the control group was basically unchanged;after the experiment, the isokinetic muscle strength index of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the joint muscle strength of the experimental group The improvement was significantly greater than that of the control group;in terms of the total scores of the functional action pattern screening(FMS),the results of the two groups were significantly improved. The average FMS test total score of the experimental group was significantly greater than the control group, and the difference was significant(P <0.05).(3)Formal experiment 2 shows that in the impact of asymmetry improvement on the explosive power and balance ability of college male basketball second-level athletes, after the experiment, the vertical jump height and original height of the two groups of reverse vertical jump(CMJ)The performances of vertical jump and standing long jump both improved(P<0.05),and the average performance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The comprehensive scores of the two groups on the left and right of Y balance improved significantly. The experimental group performed better than the control group, and there was a significant difference in the comprehensive score on the left side of the Y balance(P<0.05).The training satisfaction score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.Analysis conclusion:(1)There are physical asymmetry in male college basketball second-level players. The girth indicators on the left and right sides of the upper and lower limbs have the largest difference, but the asymmetry of the length, width and girth morphological indicators is not obvious. The degree of asymmetry in the strength indicators on both sides of the limbs is more obvious, and the asymmetry is mainly reflected in the grip strength, dynamic balance ability and explosive power of the lower limbs.(2)8-week single-leg compound training can effectively improve the asymmetry of male college basketball players' lower limb explosive force, the maximum strength and rapid strength of knee flexors and extensors, and the maximum strength of ankle joint flexors and extensors. At the same time, the experimental subjects showed high training compliance and satisfaction with the single-leg compound training intervention program.(3)The asymmetry reduction of the lower limbs of male college basketball second-level athletes can significantly improve the explosive power and balance ability. This shows that the improvement of lower limb asymmetry can improve the physical fitness and sports performance of basketball players to a certain extent.
